ADCITING MARKETING
In diesem Projekt bin ich für die Planung, Erstellung und Kontrolle der Social Performance Kampagnen für diverse Kunden auf Facebook und Instagram verantwortlich. Bei den Kampagnen handelt es sich hauptsächlich um Conversionkampagnen.
Meine Aufgaben dabei sind:
- Die Planung, Erstellung und Controlling von Performancekampagnen
- Erstellung von KPI Reportings
- Die Erstellung und Auswertung von A/B Testings
- Die Beratung und Erstellung von konvertierenden Copies und Creatives

WEGMANN AUTOMOTIVE | SOCIAL MEDIA CONSULTANT
In this project I consult Wegmann automotive GmbH, world market leader for balancing weights and battery pole sleeves, in the field of social media performance marketing. I consult in the following areas:

- Setting up the Facebook Business Manager
- Setting up the Facebook pixel
- Setting up the optimal campaign setup for brand marketing
- Definition of the performance KPI
Since October 2022
MONSOON MARKETING | AD COPYWRITER / TRANSLATOR
In this project, I support the Polish agency MONSOON in dealing with the German market. Customers come from the areas of finance, beauty and children's accessories. My tasks are:

- The creation of converting ad copies for Meta and Google Ads
- The Translation of ad copies
- Consultation on targeting the German market

SPEERSPITZE MEDIA | SOCIAL MEDIA PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER
In this project I am responsible for the planning, creation and control of social performance campaigns for various customers on Facebook and Instagram. The campaigns are mainly conversion and lead generation campaigns. The customers come from a wide variety of areas, such as nutritional supplements, crafts or the training sector.
My tasks include:
- The planning, creation and controlling of performance campaigns
- Creation of KPI reports
- Setting up conversion tracking
- The creation and evaluation of A/B tests
- Consultation and creation of converting copies and creatives
Since September 2021
BOOM GMBH | SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING MANAGER
In this project I was mainly responsible for the planning, booking and the smooth playout of all organic postings, as well as their advertising. The customers are well-known companies from the FMCG and skin care sector. I therefore took over all operational activities on the social media platforms Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Tik Tok. My specific tasks included:
Paid Social:
- Planning, creation and controlling of always-on brand campaigns
- Creation and controlling of KPI forecasts
- The planning, creation and evaluation of A/B tests
- Creation of KPI reports in Looker Studio (fka. Google Data Studio)
Organic Social:
- Operational management of the organic social media channels of all customers (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Youtube)
- Scheduling and control of all organic postings
- Controlling the post performance
- Derivation of concrete recommendations for action
Strategy & Administration:
- Support in the creation of social media strategies
- Support in the creation and maintenance of editorial plans
- Support in the creation of convincing pitch presentations and their presentation
- Improving internal processes and creating knowledge databases
- Support for Facebook troubleshooting
- Community management

In this project with a focus on social media, I took on the following tasks for Flextos GmbH:

- Creation of the organic social media strategy for Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn

- Revision of the website based on UX criteria

INNOVATION MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
In my first project as a freelancer, I worked on a consulting project for a well-known industrial company in the field of innovation management. I took on the following tasks:

- Recording and interpretation of expert interviews
- Preparation of recommendations for action for the management
