Who is Plan P?
Plan P is a specialized service provider for swimming pools, leisure pools, and bathing lakes—with a clear goal: to ensure smooth pool operations with qualified personnel.
Plan P supplies pools throughout Germany with lifeguards, swimming instructors, and specialist staff for pool operations.
The challenge was huge:
When Plan P was launched, the starting point was challenging:
A very specific niche
Low brand awareness
Little visual material.
The company wanted to gain visibility on social media—especially on Facebook and Instagram Ads—in order to attract the attention of potential lifeguards.
But the starting point was zero:
No organic reach
No existing community.
Strong competition
The goal was therefore to build a clear, trustworthy brand presence from minimal resources that conveyed professionalism while also appearing approachable.
The results are impressive.
Since then, I have continuously managed the meta campaigns and ensured a steady flow of applicants.
In doing so, we tested various strategies for attracting applicants, from website leads to applications via WhatsApp Business.
January to March 2025 was Plan P's busiest application period to date. During this period, I managed to achieve the following results using a combination of Facebook forms and automated forwarding:
